Generations Class (0-5yrs)
In Music Together® Generations classes, teachers and families foster meaningful music relationships as "Grandfriends" join the music-making circle. Music is an essential part of being human. Support for music learning in early childhood can yield both life-long skill and enjoyment in music experiences. While Music Together’s core program serves families with children ages 0-5, it’s a natural extension of that core mission to include intergenerational class experiences. Classes are typically held in residential facilities, such as independent living, assisted living, or nursing homes, or in day programs, such as senior centers. These special kinds of Music Together classes have been beloved now for years as more and more communities recognize the unique power of making music together across generations.

Join us for the BONGOS Collection the FALL!
This fall, families will come together with our grandfriends, to sing, play, laugh, and learn with the Music Together Bongos Song Collection. The songs include lots of upbeat, active songs like "See How I'm Jumping," our take on the timeless nursery rhyme "Hey Diddle, Diddle," and the beautiful melodies such as the Japanese song "Hotaru Koi" and "Walking through the Woods."
In addition to your weekly classes, your registration includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, including an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together app.
